To establish a wholesale account, please submit a wholesale request form below and fax, email or mail a copy of your resale certificate. You can also click here to download a form which you can return to us by fax or email. Once approved, you will receive login information to shop online or you may order by phone.

Terms
*Opening order of $100.00, minimum re-order of $50.00
*Shipping costs will be charge by weight, destination and method.
*We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or cash (for pick up orders).
*We can accept business checks, however, unless you have pre-established net 30 terms, your order will not ship until your check has cleared. There will be a $36 fee added for any returned checks.
*Net 30 terms require an active account for at least 6 months and 4 credit references.

Wholesale Return Policy
All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Worksheet or an Exchange Worksheet.
These forms can be downloaded, or you may call us to request form via email or fax.

Wholesale purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the ship date.

Returned items must be returned in original quantities, original condition and original packaging.
Return and original shipping charges are non-refundable. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALES.
